FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a rectangular housing divided into linked chambers by paired parallel partition walls. The chambers are arranged into two rows, wherein the surface area of the chambers in plan view increases in the direction of flow of water. In each chamber, air and water ejectors and devices for removing floating dirt are installed in devices for recirculating purified water. A dirt monitoring sensor, which transmits a signal through a controller to the valve of the module for outlet of water from the apparatus, enables to reduce the volume of water removed together with the trapped dirt since the signal comes from the sensor upon accumulation of floating dirt, which also allows for more efficient operation of the apparatus.
EFFECT: apparatus enables to treat water with high efficiency and reliability.
