SUBSTANCE: plant contains rectangular casing with coupled parallel partitions, between which perforated pipelines are located with water feed connecting pipes and perforated water-air mixture feed pipelines connected through a pipeline with water recycle arrangement; foam removal mechanism with foam collector; and treated water discharge unit with admission pocket connected through a pipeline with water recycle arrangement. Perforated water-air mixture feed pipelines are placed coaxially inside the perforated water feed pipelines. Inlet connecting pipes of the latter are mounted tangentially or separately on the cylindrical surface of pipelines. EFFECT: improved quality of treated water and decreased casing dimensions. 3 dwg
