FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: hand hoe comprises flexible hoses, a relief valve, a reservoir for working liquid, a flexible metal fiber. There are teeth along the perimetre of the rotating discs. Between the hydraulic motor shaft and the pinion gear shaft a clutch is located. The hoe handle has a tubular shape and consists of two parts connected by adjustment and locking knot. The gear box driven shafts rotate at a higher frequency than the driving shaft of the hydraulic motor. The clutch drive is located coaxially to the longitudinal axis of the hoe handle. Between the hook and the trolley a flexible metallic fiber is mounted.

EFFECT: invention enables to increase labor productivity.
