SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industry, particularly to a method for preparing a shelf fungus extract. The method for preparing a shelf fungus extract involving extraction of grinded shelf fungus in 7.5% dimethylsulphoxide, filtration of the whole extract to produce a first stage extract and marc, extraction of marc to produce a second stage extract and combination of the extracts.
EFFECT: shelf fungus extract prepared by the method described above shows high antioxidant activity.
