SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industry, particularly to a method for preparing a shelf fungus extract. The method for preparing a shelf fungus extract involving soaking of ground shelf fungus in an aqueous solution containing 5-15% dimethylsulphoxide and 2-8% sodium hydroxide under certain conditions, filtration and removal of the aqueous solution followed by staged extraction of the prepared raw material in water, filtration of the extract to provide a first degree of extraction and pulp to be extracted to provide a second degree of extraction, and merge of the extracts.
EFFECT: method provides producing the extract of high yield extract substances, polyphenols and high antioxidant activity.
