FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Proposed amphibious transformer comprises frame, user's seat, chassis with soil and water propulsion gears and one screw propeller, power plant in waterproof version, drives of propulsion gears, displacement and water deflecting elements, i.e. floats, and control system. Floats are articulated with frame to allow changing from initial ground position into operating water position and back, and providing amphibious transformer positive buoyancy. Rigid floats may be displaced along transformer perimetre at the level of seat and waterline by user. Major part of frame and seat, power plant and drives are located below waterline to allow direct contact between user in seat and water.
EFFECT: higher operating performances.
