SUBSTANCE: invention relates to simulators for medical and social rehabilitation of disabled persons, children and adult patients with musculoskeletal disorders, as well as in the presence of cerebral pathology. Disclosed is a mobile training complex for social and medical adaptation on wheels, consisting of a movably fixed on a frame of a transformer chair, under the seat of which there is a power unit, with the possibility of fixing the backrest movable relative to the seat in a sitting, semi-recumbent and lying position. To the front part of the frame on the side opposite to the seat back, a platform for setting the legs of the user is movably fixed. Above the transformer chair there is an external vertical contour, the latter is composed of U-like tubular elements jointed together by crosswise beams for external application of forces. In the upper part from the inside of the outer vertical contour on the side of the seat backrest there are single grip handles for the right and left hands of the user, on the rear part of the frame below the rear corners of the seat there are support platforms for fixing the position of the backrest.

EFFECT: higher speed and depth of physical and mental socialization and adaptation of users.
