FIELD: transport. SUBSTANCE: vehicle has body assembled from side pontoons-floats connected by wings 6 and power drive with engine, power transmission to propeller with rotating outer rim, wheeled running gear and controls. Inner fixed rim of power drive is installed on front wing for turning its plane to the left and right on vertical axle by U-shaped handle 20 to which remote controls of power drive with engine 21 are brought out. Side pontoons-floats of body are made in form of vertically installed wings. Span of wings is smaller than chord of wing profile. Rear wheels have standby twin foor drive with pedals and chain transmission. Sprockets 28 and 29 of chain transmissions of rear wheel standby drive are located inside watertight longitudinal space of trough-shaped body 5 located above designed waterline. Trough- shaped body 5 is installed at opposite side relative to rotating outer rim of front wheel 11. Length of body 5 is less than length of vehicle body. Seats 8 are secured on horizontal rods by means of side brackets of body 5. Front and rear: standby drives of rear wheels are kinematically coupled by chain transmission 31. Pedal shafts of rear wheel standby drives are mounted on longitudinal side vertical walls of watertight space 30 of trough-shaped body 5. Pedals are removable. Ends of shafts for pedals are covered by removable caps. Upper part of watertight longitudinal space of trough-shaped body 5 serves as additional horizontal support of seats 8. Watertight longitudinal space is arranged in middle portion in width of trough- shaped body 5. Outer rotating rim has additional hand (standby) drive which can be disengaged when main power drive is operating. EFFECT: enhanced convenience, simplified design, reduced mass. 11 cl, 6 dwg
