SUBSTANCE: invention relates to storage and distribution of fluids. Floating intake device of tank 1 comprises flexible intake tube 7 with one end is jointed by flange 5 to flange 3 of the main pipeline while its opposite end is provided with float secured thereto. Said float is jointed by bar 10 with flange 5 of said flexible intake tube. Bar 10 has length smaller than that of intake tube while main pipeline flange 3 is directed toward tank bottom 4. Proposed device is installed in tank so that bar length is smaller than distance from its attachment to flange to tank bottom.
EFFECT: simplified design.
