SUBSTANCE: invention relates to process equipment for storage facilities for oil products, in particular to devices for obtaining the actual composition of the sample at each measured level from a tank equipped with a pontoon or floating roof, without loss of oil product. The invention relates to a reduced sampler for tanks with a floating roof or pontoon, comprising a load-bearing knee bar consisting of upper and lower sections connected by a middle hinge assembly, an upper hinge assembly intended for attachment to a floating roof (pontoon) through a bracket and a lower hinge assembly, designed to be fixed on the tank wall, as well as sampling columns of the upper, middle and lower sampling levels with upper, middle and lower sampling points, respectively, a distributor device hydraulically connected to the pumping branch pipe, sampling valves from the lower, middle and upper sampling levels samples, drain and pumping valves, pumping valve and pump. The sampling columns are made rigid, the lower hinge assembly contains two bodies, antifriction bushings, clamps, sealing rings, a support, a platform, a solid axis with two blind end holes made from both ends of the axis and coaxially with it, in which the fittings are located, and two blind holes made from the side of the axis wall in such a way that the blind holes form two channels between themselves inside the axis in pairs. The middle hinge assembly includes two bodies, antifriction bushings, clamps and sealing rings, a support, a platform, a solid axis with one blind end hole made at the end coaxially with the axis, in which the fitting is located, and one blind hole made in the side wall in this way, that the blind holes form a channel inside the axis. The upper hinge assembly includes two housings, antifriction bushings, clamps, sealing rings, a support, a platform, a solid axis with one blind end hole, made coaxially with the axis, in which the fitting is located, and one blind hole, made in the side wall in such a way that the blind the holes form a channel within the axis.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the sampler, increasing the service life of the device.
