FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to legged invalid chairs. Proposed legged device comprises platform drives and six bearing assemblies, control unit, chair and steering assembly. First central sprocket is articulated via chain with odd peripheral orientation sprockets. Second central sprocket is articulated via chain with even peripheral orientation sprockets. Peripheral orientation sprockets interact with appropriate bearing assemblies. In compliance with first version, drives of bearing assemblies are made up of first and second central sprockets and six peripheral sprockets articulated by chain to vary direction of said assemblies interacting with steering assembly. In compliance with second version, legged device comprises first and second drive motors with reduction gears. Note here that drives of bearing assemblies are made up of first and second central sprockets and six peripheral sprockets articulated by chain to vary direction of said assemblies interacting with appropriate bearing assembly. Unit to vary motion direction is made up of first and second orientation sprockets interacting with steering assembly.
EFFECT: simplified design, lower costs, increased speed.
