FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for synthesis of polynuclear fluorine-containing diamines, particularly a method of producing 1,4-bis(2-amino-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)piperazine, which involves a step for nucleophilic substitution of the chlorine atom in 2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl)-chlorobenzene during reaction with piperazine under reaction catalysis conditions with a base - triethylamine, reduction of 1,4-bis(2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)piperazine, wherein nucleophilic substitution of the chlorine atom takes place in DMSO in the presence of triethylamine for 1 hour at temperature 50°C and molar ratio 2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl)chlorobenzene: piperazine = 1:0.5, reduction of 1,4-bis(2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)piperazine is carried out using SnCl2·2H2O at temperature 40°C for 1 hour in 6% hydrochloric acid and molar ratio 1,4-bis(2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)piperazine: SnCl2·2H2O=1:7.
EFFECT: method for synthesis of a novel compound, which enables to minimise operation time of the process and obtain the end product with high output and high degree of purity; 1,4-bis(2-amino-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)piperazine can be used for synthesis of low-permittivity aromatic polyimides used in microelectronics.
