FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing polynuclear tetraamines containing bridging atoms given below of general formula, where R = H, Ar = (I); R = H, Ar = (II); R = H, Ar = (III); R = CF3, Ar = (IV), which can be used as monomers for synthesis of different polyheteroarylenes - polyphenylquinoxalines, polynaphthylene benzimidazoles and polybenzimidazoles. Method involves processes of reacting bisphenols with 5-chloro-4-R-2-nitroaniline in microwave activation and reduction of polynuclear dinitrodiamines under conditions of heterogeneous catalysis. Aromatic nucleophilic substitution of the chlorine atom is carried out in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate in the presence of potassium acetate at microwave radiation power of 160 W and temperature of 100 °C for 2 minutes with molar ratio of 5-chlorine-4-R-2-nitroaniline:bisphenol = 1:0.5. Reduction process is carried out in isopropyl alcohol at 60 °C, pressure 20 bar in presence of catalyst 10 % Pd/C for 30 minutes. .
EFFECT: disclosed method reduces time and temperature of aromatic nucleophilic substitution and reduction reactions, as well as increases total output of end products.
