FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: application method of valve sealing compound consisting of primer of gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (AGM-9), fluorine-containing copolymer, trifluorochloroethylene (TFCE) with vinylidene fluoride (VDF) is implemented layer by layer. Primer of gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (AGM-9) is applied immediately to the valve seat as the first layer and dried at 20-25°C during 30-40 min. Varnish LFE - 32LNKh with hardener AF-2 consisting of copolymer trifluorochloroethylene (TFCE) with vinylidene fluoride (VDF) with epoxy resin is applied as the second layer. Drying of the second layer is performed at 20°C during 30 min. Trifluorochloroethylene (TFCE) + vinylidene fluoride (VDF) without any additional impurities, for example hardeners, is applied as the third and next layers. Drying of the third and next layers is performed at 20°C during 30 min.
EFFECT: providing sealing of valve connection without considerable change in the valve design, with reduction of labour intensity and possibility of restoring the coating without removal of the valve.
