FIELD: oil, oil processing and petrochemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation and storage or oil and oil products, particularly to equipment of oil tanks. Proposed valve contains vacuum gates to pass air inside tank and pressure to release air and vapor-air mixture from tank whose plates are fixed relative to seats by frost-resistant rotary joints with one degree of freedom. Seats are provided with adaptive seals containing elastic sealing element enclosing seat from side of its end face part, on inner surface of which grooves are made to pass vapor-air mixture into space formed under sealing element. Gates arranged on slops part of housing and on its walls are provided with adjustable counterweights and magnetic catches, and housing of breather valve is installed on tank through connecting flange.
EFFECT: improved operating safety of tanks with easily evaporating combustible and aggressive liquids furnished with breather valves.
