SUBSTANCE: valve comprises housing with seat, plate fit on the seat, and two diaphragms. The bottom diaphragm is connected with the plate, and the top diaphragm is connected with the disk. The bottom diaphragm is clamped between the bearing flat ring and bottom flange of the chamber housing. The top diaphragm is clamped between the top flange of the housing of the chamber and flat ring mounted above the flange. The sum of the areas of the top diaphragm and disk is larger than the area of the bottom diaphragm by 10-20%.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
