FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method includes treatment of inner surfaces of a cooling system with chemical reagents in the following sequence: thermal imaging of inner surfaces of the cooling system is carried out, it is filled with a solution containing 4.0% of hydrochloric acid, 1.5% of urotropine, 0.5% of magnesium silicate, soaked in the solution for 1.0 hour, while the solution is repeatedly circulated, then the cooling system is washed with water, and the residual solution is neutralised, afterwards the cooling system is filled with a solution (pH - 2.0-3.0), containing 8.8% of orthophosphoric acid, soaked in the solution for 1.0 hour, while repeatedly circulating the solution, then the cooling system is washed, and the residual solution is neutralised, afterwards thermal imaging of cleaning quality is carried out.
EFFECT: reduced time of heat exchange equipment repair.
