FIELD: scale removal.

SUBSTANCE: in this method for cleaning heat engineering equipment from scale by exposing the working surface to a loosening mixture, washing with water and passivation, including preliminary fermentation of chilled milk pasteurized by boiling using strains of lactic acid bacteria, fermentation and mixing of the resulting ferment, adding fresh chilled deproteinized whey, while in another containers culture Yarrowialipolytica fermented nutrient medium containing a solution of growth substances and beet molasses. The obtained volumes of beet molasses and whey, fermented by sourdough, mixed in a ratio of 40:60 wt.% poured into the internal volume of the cleaned equipment; the scale is loosened within 1-2 days by periodically pumping the mixture, plasticizing the scale with the produced organic acids; when the acidity of the mixture reaches 1.5-3.0 pH, the loosened scale is washed off by pumping the mixture and then drained, the object is washed with demineralized water and the internal volume of the equipment being cleaned is passivated with a soda solution.

EFFECT: prolonged effect that does not cause metal corrosion and is environmentally friendly, removal of combined high-density organomineral deposits.
