FIELD: nondestructive material testing. SUBSTANCE: measured after preliminary radiation of surface with beam of ionizing radiation is energetic distribution of electrons emitted by surface within temperature range of 130-150 C from surface of tested samples. Values of average kinetic energy are used to estimate surface radiation resistance. Version is described in which 2-4 successive cycles radiation-heating-registration are carried out and control parameter is used in form of value of average kinetic energy of exoelectrons. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg, 2 tbl
