FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: for modeling combination of performed during 20 days informational, physical and social impacts is used. Informational impact is based on formation of food-getting behaviour in multi-alternative labyrinth, whose structure changes every 2 days. Physical impact lies in swimming with load constituting 10% of body weight at water temperature 30°C and time "to the limit". Social impact is formed in male rats as a result of repeated experience of victories and losses with creation for them conditions of daily confrontations. Interval between different impacts of modeling constitutes 1 hour.

EFFECT: method ensures creation of complete model of syndrome due to combination and selected modes of impact.
