FIELD: psychophysiology; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to psychology and medicine, psychophysiology and pathological physiology, and directly to modeling of psychological stress in experiment. To simulate the chronic emotional-immobilization stress in the experiment, once the animal is fixed, epinephrine 10 mcg/kg is injected intraperitoneally twice with interval of 3 hours with immobilization time after the first introduction of epinephrine 6 hours, with the daily exposure of stressor for 14 days.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the emotional response to a background of immobilization in a chronic experiment.
