SUBSTANCE: unidirectional broadcasting network is used to provide users with digital content so that user computing devices could maintain synchronism with personal relevant information. In this process, the network uses data channel and signaling channel. Data channel is used for broadcasting data to various users whereas signaling channel which is normally used to transmit data related to device or machine here is used to transmit user information related to information or data which is determined by user as relevant. This user information then can be used by user mobile computing device to control recording and saving to database of the device for future retrieving such information or digital entities delivered via data broadcasting channel.
EFFECT: providing user device synchronisation with remote data which are of interest for user.
