SUBSTANCE: Public Broadcasting System to enable participants in a group of users to broadcast the selected content to other members of the user group. The Public Broadcasting System contains: a synchronisation tool for synchronising real-time media content between the members of a user group and a content broadcasting tool. The synchronisation tool and the content broadcasting tool are compatible with a group of client participants, each of which communicates with, at least, two content sources. At the same time, at least, two content sources, each of which is characterized by a separate authorized access point, thus provide, at least, two authorized access points for the same content. The said synchronisation tool comprises means for identifying the selected content and means for indicating a delivery path for indicating a delivery path of the selected content from the optimal location of the content source for each participating client, wherein each selected optimal data source location is selected from, at least, two content sources. The said selection is based on the user-defined parameters, the content broadcasting means is configured to initiate the delivery path specification means, to deliver the selected content to the members of the user group from the content of the user group inviting member. The members of the user group are thus able to simultaneously access the initiation of the content selection from the participant inviting to the content received from the selected optimal locations of the content source in the user group to provide a platform based on the content for public interaction.
