SUBSTANCE: system contains purchasers database, services platform meant for maintaining communication over network with multiple electronic commerce systems of corresponding sellers. The database stores for each purchaser authentication data, purchaser's information about payment and transactions prehistory. When corresponding purchaser proceeds to payment for an item in electronic commerce system the services platform executes authentication of corresponding purchaser using authentication data. If corresponding purchaser has been successfully authenticated the services platform processes payment for item using purchaser's information about payment, receives information about the item over network and saves received information as part of transaction prehistory of corresponding purchaser. Additionally, services platform is designed for submitting part of transaction prehistory to at least the second seller.

EFFECT: higher reliability of transactions due to providing flexible authentication of a purchaser based on purchaser transaction prehistory.
