FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Surgical cutting and fixing apparatus contains end effector, unit of main leading shaft and handle. End effector has cutting instrument for cutting an object positioned in it. Handle contains electric engine for bringing into motion shaft by means of chain of drive gears, lever of sewing and sensor of electric engine turning on for determination of bringing backwards sewing lever. Bringing sewing lever backwards is determined by sensor of electric engine turning on. Electric engine gives a signal for front rotation to perform cutting of an object in end effector. Apparatus can contain sensor of electric engine reverse to determine state which points to the end of the course of cutting with cutting instrument, and sensor of electric engine halt for determination of state, which points to bringing cutting instrument away.
EFFECT: surgical cutting and fixing apparatus with drive from engine provides user with feedback on position, effort and/or actuation of end effector.
