FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A device comprises a terminal effector, a main driving shaft assembly which is coupled with the terminal effector, and a gear drive train. The train is coupled with the main driving shaft assembly. The terminal effector comprises a movable cutter tool for cutting an object in the terminal effector. The device has a main drive motor for actuating the gear drive train, an inserting lever for switching on the main drive motor, and a tactile position feedback system for stress application to the inserting lever the position of which is coupled with that of the cutter tool in the terminal effector.
EFFECT: clipping control is provided with enabled shutdown at any time provided the stress felt in the handle are excessive.
