SUBSTANCE: method of lottery conducting lies in the fact that an array of lottery tickets is formed in an electronic form, prize fund is distributed for tickets, the lottery is conducted, and winnings are paid. At that the interaction with the participants of the lottery is carried out through terminals established in crowded places, which are connected to the system. With the help of the terminals the rules of the lottery are brought to the participants, the payments of the lottery participants are accepted, and account is open for each participant, which balance corresponds to the payment received. Then in accordance with the request of the lottery participant, the data about the raffled lottery tickets within a positive balance on the account of the lottery participant is sent forward to the terminal. After that the lottery process and its results are visualised by technical means of the terminal. The invention also relates to a lottery system.
