FIELD: rescue equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rescue and search means for people suffering from distress in water. The system consists of a life jacket put on a man, with two light sources, one of which is located in the thoracic region of the life jacket, and the other - in back area. There is a current source, two circuit breakers and two interconnecting hermetic containers, each of which is separated with a membrane from the environment. One of the containers is located in the thoracic region of the life jacket, and the other - in back area. The membrane of each container is connected to circuit breaker of the corresponding light source via a lever. Both light sources are in parallel connected via the breakers to the current source. The system is also equipped with two miniature transmitters with transmitting antennas, one of which is located in the thoracic region of the life jacket, and the other - in back area. On the board of the aircraft there is equipment consisting of measuring and direction-finding channels in which a sonar transceiver is additionally mounted, placed on the life jacket, to improve the reliability of determining the location of person suffering from distress in water. The sonar transceiver is connected via hydroacoustic communication channel with a control unit and is designed as a probe equipped with a cord - a rope, attached to the life jacket by electrochemical breaker. On the body of a person suffering from distress there are sensors of physiological parameters connected to the converter of measured analog signals corresponding to the values of measured physiological parameters. The transducer of measured analog signals is via connected information to radio and sonar communications channel.
EFFECT: invention provides improved reliability and accuracy of detecting a person suffering from distress in water as a result of man-made accident in off-shore facility of economic activity.
