SUBSTANCE: mechanism comprises a housing with guide bearings, a sliding bar, a shaft with a gear, a wheel pivotally installed in the piston rod, an inside diameter gear rigidly connected to the wheel and kinematically with the gear and an eccentric workpiece. The eccentric workpiece is installed rotatable on the shaft which is kinematically linked to the wheel and is designed to provide permanent-mesh of the inside diameter gear with another gear. At the same time an additional rotatable shaft with an eccentric workpiece is installed in the housing; the shaft is kinematically connected with the wheel and the sliding bar is pivotally connected with the piston rod.
EFFECT: stabilisation of the work process when converting the motion.
