SUBSTANCE: in an air cooling plant with recirculating water evaporation, comprising a body, where a centrifugal fan is mounted, a centrifugal pump, an air cooling chamber, where perforated containers are installed on perforated grids with porcelain rings, sprayed with recirculation water by means of spray nozzles, at the outlet of an air cooling chamber on a perforated grid there is a layer of porcelain rings serving as a drop catcher, and nozzles are made in the form of a vessel, and each vessel is arranged with an inlet hole arranged in the form of a confusor and a throttling hole coaxial with it, and a swirling chamber is arranged in the form of a cylindrical sleeve, the axis of which in the drawing plane is perpendicular to the axis of an inlet and throttling holes, at the same time the axis of the inlet and throttling holes in a profile plane is arranged tangentially relative to the swirling chamber, besides, coaxially to the swirling chamber there is a nozzle insert, inside which there are three calibrated holes arranged in series as coaxial to each other and to the cylindrical surface of the swirling chamber: a conical, a cylindrical and a shaped one in the form of a cylindrical part with a rounding face at the outlet. The diameter of a cylindrical hole of a nozzle insert equals the diameter of the upper base in a truncated cone of a conical hole and the diameter of a cylindrical part of the shaped hole.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of the process of microclimate development in hot workshops.
