FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular - to fodder production. The carbohydrate-protein additive for high-productive cows contains an amide concentrate additive including oat grains, urea and bentonite taken at preset ratio. Additionally the fodder additive contains rye grain fodder molasses. The oat grains are treated in a mechanochemical mill.
EFFECT: invention usage allows to increase the content of sugar, readily available urea ammonia and paunch microorganisms ensuring an effective dietary regime in high-productive cows rations as well as generation of an additional quantity of microbial protein and to increase the quantity of digestible protein in the ration.
