SUBSTANCE: invention relates to personal protective equipment of workers to prevent injuries of hands. Work glove with mount of elastic-damping elements through the linings, which contains the palmar and the back part with a fingerstall, interconnected to form an open cavity, the elastic-damping elements, which are fixed through the linings on the palmar area. At that the back part of the glove is connected to the palmar part with two side surfaces parallel to the axis of glove and one face surface, with a bevel, formed from the axis of the glove in the direction of the open part of the cavity. At that the elastic-damping elements are arranged in vertical rows, parallel to each other and perpendicular to the axis of the glove. And the elastic-damping elements of adjacent rows are located in chessboard manner. At that the back and palmar parts of the glove are made of three layers: outer, made of solid shielding material, such as technical fabrics, knitted elastic middle layer, for example, of elastic synthetic fibers, and an inner layer made of natural fabrics such as cotton, and a lining for attaching the elastic-damping elements are made of protective material of the outer layer. At that the elastic-damping elements are made in the form of solid cylinders located at least in two vertical rows, and as the material of the elastic-damping elements the following materials can be used: rubber, cork, polystyrene, nylon, polyurethane foam, or foam elastomer, foam rubber, foamed polymer.

EFFECT: increased degree of protection against vibration and mechanical stress.
