SUBSTANCE: invention relates to individual protective equipment for workers to prevent injury to the hands. The working gloves containing a palmar and a back side with a fingerstall interconnected to form an open cavity, and a vibration-absorbing pad, which is the outer surface of the palmar side of the glove, the back side of the glove is made of three layers: the outer, which is made of a solid protective material, such as industrial fabric, middle elastic knitted layer, for example, of elastic synthetic fibers and the inner layer made of natural fabrics such as cotton, and the palmar side consists of vibration-absorbing pad, which is the outer surface of the palmar side of the glove and comprising interconnected segments knitted of elastic synthetic fibers, in amount of at least six, arranged on the outer surface of the palmar side of the glove and the fingerstall. And the inner layer of the palmar side of the glove is formed of natural fabric, such as cotton, and in the places of bend of the segments the cotton interlayer is fixed, and between the outer surface of the palm side of the glove with the fingerstall and the inner layer there are two intermediate shock-absorbing layers: a layer of dispersed resilient damping material, in which crumbs may crumb be used, for example of the following materials: rubber, cork, foam plastic, fosta nylon, foamed polymer, and also crumb of solid shock-absorbing materials, such as plasticate of type "Agat", "Antivibrit", "Shvim" with size of crumb fractions of 1.5÷2.5 mm, and the size of mesh knitted of elastic synthetic fibers of segments 3 is 10÷15% smaller than the fractions of crumbs of shock-absorbing materials; and a layer of solid shock-absorbing material, in which foam rubber can be used, as well as needled felt of type "Vybrosyl" based on silica or aluminoborosilicate fiber, the nonwoven shock-absorbing material.
