SUBSTANCE: claimed engineering proposal relates to a means of personal protection from vibration, in particular, the design of footwear, comprising elastic cavities. Footwear protecting from the vibrations, which contains the sole and the upper, and the sealed cavity placed in the bottom of the shoe and covering a foot and equipped with an elastic element, between the sole and the upper a tight elastic shell is placed filled with silicone fluid, and the insole is located above it, made of needle-punched material such as "Vibrosil" on the basis of the silica or alumina-borosilicate fiber covered with technical fabric. And as the sole material a vibration-absorbing material can be used such as elastomer or polyurethane with a degree of porosity within a range of optimal values: 30-45%. And in the heel a spring vibration-protecting system is mounted consisting of a guide cup, made of hard vibration damping material such as plasticate such as "Agat", "Antivibrit", "Shvim", and located inside the heel, and axis-symmetrical directing cup, inside it, a cylindrical coil spring is located, designed for the weight of the operator per each of the legs. At that from the open part, on the cup an annular flange is made, coaxial to the axis of the cup, on which an elastic ring is fixed that acts as the elastic limiter of the movable part of elastic sealed shell, which from the side facing the spring is connected, for example, by adhesive bonding, with a plate of hard vibration damping material, for example, plasticate such as "Agat", "Antivibrit", "Shvim", which is used to prevent violations of sealability of elastic sealed shell filled with silicone fluid. At that a guide cup is rigidly connected to the protective insert in its middle part, made of more rigid than the sole, elastic material, and performing functions of additional elastic element in vibrations protecting system "shoe-man". And between the protective insert and the part falling on shoe foot, of elastic sealed shell filled with silicone fluid, a mesh elastic element is located, placed in a protective shell, such as rubber-cord, or made of cast polyurethane, and the density of the mesh structure of the elastic mesh elements is within the optimal range of values of 1.2 g/cm3…2.0 g/cm3, and the material of wire of elastic mesh elements - steel of grade EI-708. At that its diameter is in the optimal range of values of 0.09 mm… 0.15 mm. An elastic mesh elements can be made: reinforced of the mesh cage cast with elastomer such as polyurethane, of the elements in the form of a layered and helical winding of porous fibers wound on a cylindrical wire or mesh cage from grit of solid vibration damping materials such as plasticate of type "Agate", "Antivibrit", "Shvim" with the size of the grit fractions of 0.5…2.0 mm, filled with elastomer, such as polyurethane, in a protective shell.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of protection of the operator from vibration and providing increased comfort of footwear when walking with minimal cost for its manufacture.
