FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning, particularly, to device removing residual concrete from cylindrical containers for prepared mixed concrete. residual concrete is removed by high-pressure water. Nozzle is mounted on front end of nozzle torpedo-shape case hinged to elongated beam. Said beam extends into cylindrical container neck at angle equal to that of cylindrical drum. Hinge allows turning said nozzle relative to beam to approach residual concrete. Beam is pulled toward neck along with container rotation in direction of mixing while nozzle oscillates to cut concrete band. With beam pulled in, nozzle torpedo-shape case supports nozzle close to residual concrete on cylindrical container and on both sides of helical ribs. Oscillating nozzle moves along arc of approximately 80-120 degrees.
EFFECT: efficient removal of residual concrete from container inner surface.
