FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to concrete-mixing installations. The installation contains silo for cement, a hopper with sections for crushed stone and sand, a concrete mixer, dispensers of water, cement, and chemical additives, a screw transporter connecting a silo valve to the concrete mixer, a belt feeder for feeding fillers from the hopper to the concrete mixture, all mounted on a frame, and an unloading device attached to the frame. On sections for crushed stone and sand of the hopper, vibrators with power of 2×0.5 KW and two jaw shutters are installed: the main one for quick filling of the belt feeder with crushed stone and sand from the hopper and additional filling one for precise control of a volume of crashed stone and sand. In an upper part of silo for cement, a pressure relief valve and filtering elements are installed, in a lower part, directly at the cone of silo, a pneumatic hammer is installed. In dispensers of cement, water, and chemical additives, a console-mono-block pump with power of 3KW for water supply is installed.

EFFECT: increase in the quality of the resulting concrete mixture.
