FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed cell has inner space enclosed by shell ring with inner surface from plastic material to accommodates bottle to be cleaned. Shell ring, at least, on major part of cell length, is laminated and consists of one thin-wall cell case or bearing case made from metal, and foamed plastic layer making cell inner surface. Note here that cell inner surface is produced by extruding plastic in mould that optimises positioning and/or retention and/or bottle cleaning, or by curing.
EFFECT: machine cell for cleaning bottles.
