FIELD: measurement technique.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of microcalorimetry and can be used for investigation of samples of liquids of small and supersmall volumes in the fields of: microbiology, genetics, medical institutions, chemistry, forensic pathology, in various types of modern calorimeters. Microcalorimetre cell contains container for placing liquid sample, thermometre and heater; herewith the container, the thermometre and the heater are made as semiconductor chip which consists of frame-base with dielectric membrane placed on it, resistance thermometre executed on the membrane, contacts led to the frame-base playing the role of heater. The cell makes possible to act on investigated liquids by radiation from various sources, for instance by laser radiation. The cell is fabricated by microelectronic technique making possible to obtain low-cost cells with equal electrophysical parametres in mass production.
EFFECT: creation of calorimetre cell structure not requiring service, repeating its physical-technical parametres from sample to sample.
