FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to traffic safety ACS. Proposed system comprises synchronisation unit to calculate train mounted axles, identifying types of rolling stock to generate synchronisation signals, unit to detect cars with unloaded mounted axles connected to strain gages to detect cars with negative dynamics, and unit to define angle of mounted axle misalignment including inductive transducers to reveal mounted axles with angle of attack exceeding threshold value. System comprises floor, station and intermediate equipment.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and validity.
