FIELD: transport traffic control systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of controlling movement of trains. Method is based on determination of location of head and tail of each train located in zone of traffic control from interlocking towers (IT) by means of GLONASS, control of serviceable condition of rail after tail of each train using mobile devices, transmission of received information to ITs of receiving and sending stations; transfer of information from ITs to locomotives on state of ahead-lying track sections, on established routes at stations. From centralized traffic control (CTC) stations to ITs, and then information on train reception and departure time is transmitted to locomotives. In compliance with this invention, to tail car (TC) is connected the trailer-truck (TT), on which there is also provided a mobile rail integrity monitoring device (MUKT), by means of which the state of section of track line between last wheelset of train TC and wheelset of TT is determined; on the TT there are: a GLONASS receiver (PGLT), a radio station (RST), a computer (EVMT), with the participation of which information is generated and transmitted at the ITs of stations limiting the hauls, the state of the rail threads (RT) over the train TC and the location of the TT.

EFFECT: possibility to regulate movement of trains without floor automation and telemechanics on the hauls.
