FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to system and method of testing aircraft fuel tanks. Device 10 comprises fuel feed unit 14 including fuel tank 16, feed pipeline 18 to feed fuel from tank 16 to outlet 20 of fuel feed unit 14, and first shutoff valve 22. Shutoff valve 22 is arranged in pipeline 18. Device 10 comprises also transfer pipeline 26 to transfer fuel from said outlet 20 to system 12 of fuel tanks and second shutoff valve 36 arranged in said transfer pipeline. Electronic control unit of device 10 controls first and second shutoff valve to interrupt feed of fuel via feed pipeline 18 and fuel transfer via transfer pipeline in response to controlled parameter signal received by electronic control unit. Proposed method comprises feeding fuel to outlet 20 of fuel feed unit 14 via feed pipeline 18 and transfer of fuel from said outlet 20 into fuel tank system 12. Electronic control unit of device 10 controls first and second shutoff valve to interrupt feed of fuel via feed pipeline 18 and fuel transfer via transfer pipeline in response to controlled parameter signal received by electronic control unit.
