FIELD: internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: device has at least one nozzle with heating element arranged in intake manifold. Engine carburetor has recirculation hole and it is connected with fuel tank by fuel feed and drain pipes. Nozzle communicates with fuel reservoir through fuel feed channel, jet and shutoff member. Fuel reservoir, in its turn, has inlet and outlet channels in its upper part. Inlet channel communicates with recirculation hole, and outlet channel, with drain pipe. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of engine starting at below-zero temperatures. 3 dwg
