FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device for input of wastes and/or alternative fuels in a process of clinker production into raw materials by the method comprises a tubular vessel with a rotor installed as capable of rotation mainly concentrically to a pipe axis and put into rotation with blades that cover space between its shaft and wall of the vessel. Several pipelines or openings adjoin the side surface of the tubular vessel, and at least one pipeline (6) with slurry supply, and at least one pipeline is installed with a shift towards periphery. Wastes and/or alternative fuels in the form of slurry or in a roiled condition in the form of a pumpable mass are exposed to mechanical disagglomeration. The pumpable mass is supplied to lifting pipelines, preliminary calcinators and/or a rotary tube furnace.

EFFECT: making it possible to input various source materials into different areas in plants for clinker production.
