Proposed device comprises pipe-like housing, rotor spinning relative, mainly, to the pipe axis, rotor periphery being provided with multiple impact elements composed of the rows of wire. At least one pipeline for feed of wastes and/or alternative combustible materials abuts on said housing and has one outlet arranged perpendicular to rotor spinning axis.
EFFECT: efficient grinding of major lumps, their homogenization, higher device reliability.
