FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: entire process of panel assembly from steel galvanised shapes takes place in building ways comprising a bed, mechanisation elements, electric equipment and two stands: a stationary and a mobile ones, along which carriages may move, setting various angles of inclination and height of the assembled panel relative to the horizontal plane, and the mobile stand itself may move along the building ways along the horizontal line, providing for the preset panel length. Carriages and the movable stand are controlled automatically from a control station. Assembly of panels in the building ways is started from installation of transverse shapes according to basic openings onto fixators of carriages of the stationary and movable stands and pulling of the shapes to the plates of the carriage shaft by rotating magnet handles. Then the movable stand is moved along the building ways along linear guides, keeping the length of the assembled panel. Then longitudinal profiles are installed between transverse ones and fastened at one side. Afterwards the carriages with a panel frame fixed on them are raised into the upper position and are rotated by 180. Then the carriages with the panel frame are lowered to the height convenient for assembly. Then shapes are fastened at the opposite side to form a stiff frame of the panel, and lining is installed on this side. Afterwards the frame with the lining is raised into the upper position, rotated by 180 and lowered down, the insulant is laid, and the lining is installed on the second side of the panel, the finished panel is removed from the building ways, with preliminary disconnection of magnets and removal of carriage fixators.
EFFECT: building ways design does not block up the working space around the frame of the assembled panel, leaves free access and approach to areas of assembly and makes it possible to perform assembly works at different levels without reinstallation of the assembled panel.
