SUBSTANCE: outdated files are identified. Programs loaded on a computing device are catalogued and time moments for the last loading of files associated with the programs registered in the computing device are determined. Time moments for the last modification of files associated with said programs are obtained and then compared with time moments of the last loading of the files associated with said programs registered in the computing device. Any disparities found during comparison are signalled, which includes a message that the program is not responding to the last modification attempt, and an attempt to repeat the last program modification attempt.
EFFECT: efficient management of the stable state of a computer system.
