FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in case of undervoltage in a supply line 1 an undervoltage sensor 11 via a threshold element 12 changes over a rectifier 8 into a mode of electromagnet current shunting 9. In this mode the rectifier does not consume active and reactive power, which stabilises the voltage at buses 3 of the substation and an electric engine 5 of a helium turbine pump 6, included into a cooling system 13.
EFFECT: improved reliability and reduction of helium losses.
