The central area, the first end intermediate area, the first end area, the second end intermediate area and the second end area are located along a line parallel to a longitudinal median line. The central area, the intermediate edge area and the edge area are located along a line parallel to a transversal median line. Surface structures of the central area, the first end intermediate area, the first end area, the second end intermediate area and the second end area differ one from another. EFFECT: different structures of the upper layer provide comfortable conditions for skin of various perineal areas in women, and also keep liquid effluvia.
