FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and may be used in dairy and beef cattle breeding The method envisages the following operations. "EM - Kurunga" dry starter in an amount of 1.9-2.1 g is poured with 190-210 ml of warm drinking water; one adds 14-16 ml of beet-root molasses and performs stirring. The components are left for 71-73 hours for fermentation at room temperature equal to (+20-24°C) to produce a starter. 190-210 ml of warm drinking water and 14-16 ml of beet-root molasses are additionally poured into the produced starter. One stirs the mixture and leaves it for 23-25 hours with subsequent addition of 590-610 ml of warm drinking water and 14-16 ml of beet-root molasses. The mixture is stirred and left for 23-25 hours to produce a preparation. The produced preparation is fed to animals in an amount of 490-510 ml per head daily.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance cattle productiveness and improve quality indices of the products produced.
