SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. In distress landing or take-off, alarm is switched on to remove interfering means from landing strip. After automatic registration of the fact that aircraft stopping distance exceeds length of landing strip, aircraft tail dowel-driving gun is used with expansion anchor to secure the end of elastic resilient halyard to landing strip, halyard opposite end being jointed to aircraft fuselage detachable tail top whereto jointed is floor pan with rows of seats attached thereon. Then tail top is detached from fuselage. With said elastic resilient halyard tensioned, pan with seats is decelerated and translated relative aircraft moving forward. Pan with seta is removed from aircraft moving forward. Pan dynamic inertial forces are killed by elastic forces of said halyard and pan friction against landing strip.
EFFECT: higher safety in landing and takeoff.
